PlanetDISK® Rotating Biological Disk (RBC) technology was selected for a NATO military base in Prishtina, Kosovo, due to its low energy consumption, operational simplicity, and reliable treatment performance under cold climate conditions.
Designed to treat 258 m³/day of domestic wastewater, the system consistently achieves high effluent quality while requiring minimal operator involvement. The technology successfully passed rigorous field and factory tests conducted by NATO engineers prior to installation.
