Tennessee Residential Development – Domestic Wastewater Treatment – 68 m³/day
Project Details
A PlanetDISK® Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) wastewater treatment plant was designed and installed for a residential development in Tennessee, USA. The system was selected for its low energy consumption, operational simplicity, and reliable treatment performance under varying domestic wastewater loading conditions.
Designed to treat 68 m³/day of domestic wastewater, the plant consistently achieves discharge limits required by local regulations while maintaining stable operation and low maintenance requirements.
The PlanetDISK® technology provides more than 80% energy savings compared to conventional activated sludge systems, while also minimizing sludge production, odors, and operational complexity.
