To support Coca-Cola’s 2030 Sustainability Commitments, PlanetDISK® Rotating Biological Disk (RBC) technology was selected for its low carbon footprint and energy efficiency.
Designed to treat 700 m³/day of industrial wastewater, the system consistently achieved the required treatment performance, even under highly variable operating conditions, including COD concentrations up to 7,000 mg/L.
The 24 PlanetDISK® units consume only 11 kWh of energy, providing significant energy savings compared to conventional activated sludge systems.
